Literature and a letter outlining the need were hand-inserted onto a 9x12 envelope. A response envelope and donation card was enclosed for the donor’s convenience. The address list was processed into a presorted standard file and barcoded for the automation discount. For this mailer, nonprofit rates applied for substantial postal savings.
