Each
month 1 - 2 million pieces of mail are processed from the AA
mail center. AA’s ink-jet machines run at near-full capacity
“direct addressing” names and addresses for our clients
and often, applying bar codes for automated mail that reduce
the client’s postage cost.
AA can provide:
Computer presorting and automation of 1st class, Presorted Standard/Nonprofit&
Periodical postal discount requirements
Printing of postal presort report and bag tags
Direct addressing of addresses, postal indicia, or message line
Wafer sealing for postal discounts, clear or white wafers
Inserting—by machine, up to 6 pieces in a letter size envelope
or any project by hand
Labeling—by machine or by hand
Collating—by machine
Mail permits—use your own indicia or the AA permit number
Postal discounts—AA can modify a mail file to achieve postage
discounts, such as in standard presort or standard automated
mail
Personalization—can be provided using a mail-merge program
on a high-speed laser printer
As a “bulk” mailer, AA has the experience and the
ability to expedite mail delivery to the United States Postal
Service on a daily basis. |
