Survey
An ongoing weekly mailing of Customer Satisfaction survey postcards
is performed for one AA client and boasts a 12% response rate. The
cards are printed as a double-postcard and perforated. Addressing
requires several steps. The mailing address is imprinted, as well
as the participating shop name and a control number. The cards are
then foldedkept in exact orderand returned to the machine
for application of a wafer seal, necessary to receive the automation
discount. The cards are returned using a pre-paid business reply
mail account. AA was able to successfully apply and receive a volume
discount for the reply cards.
